Almond Protein Pancakes
with Berries

Get breakfast into you the right way with these Almond Protein Pancakes topped with home-made mixed berry jam made from coconut sugar. No refined sugar here! Grab a bag of our Macro Mike Almond Protein Pancakes and don't stop until you've stacked them as high as you can. Loaded with protein and low in fat, you'll never skip breakfast again.



  • 200g/ Mixed berries, frozen
  • 1tbsp / Unrefined Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 / Lime, juiced



In a pot on a low medium heat combine the mixed berries, coconut sugar and lime juice.
Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and reduce the heat to low and cook for another 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
In a mixing bowl thoroughly combine the pancake mix and the plant milk, let sit for several minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan give it a light spray with oil, then reduce the heat to low.
Spoon the pancake mixture into the pan to form 3 pancakes.
Cook the pancakes for about 60 seconds or until they start to bubble on one side then carefully flip them over and repeat on the other side.
Serve them and load them up with the berry jam.
