Banana bread protein balls

ingredients

  • banana (160g)
  • cannellini beans, drained & rinsed (245g
  • Macro Mike original peanut butter protein powder (120g)
  • oats (100g)
  • coconut flour (65g)
  • regular peanut butter (80g)
 

steps

Add the banana, beans and peanut butter to a food processor and blend until smooth.
 
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until a sticky, crumbly dough forms.
 
Divide into 20 ( approx. 37g each) and roll into balls.
 
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
