ingredients

Makes 5-6 medium pancakes

  • 1/4cup / Oat flour (or whole self raising flour)
  • 1/2 scoop / Macro Mike Chocolate Protein+ Powder
  • 1tbs / Cacao
  • 1/2 / Banana
  • 6g / Chia seeds (or 1 egg)
  • 1/3cup / Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2tsp / Baking powder for self rising or 1tsp for other flours.
  • Vanilla extract [optional]
TOPPINGS
  • Coconut/Greek yoghurt
  • Raspberries
  • Macro Mike Choc Caramel PB+
  • 1tbs / Melted chocolate
 

steps

Mash the banana, then mix in remaining ingredients (if you're using chia seeds let the mix sit for 10 minutes to thicken, which ensures fluffier pancakes).
 
You want the mixture to be thick but not sticky. Add an extra 1tbs of almond milk if required.
 
Scoop out a 1/4cup of mixture at a time and drop it in one spot on hot skillet, don’t spread it will do that naturally!
 
Let cook until sides start to golden. Flip and repeat.
 
TOPPINGS
Between each layer, spread 1tbs of yoghurt and Macro Mike PB+. Add raspberries to the top then drizzle with more PB+!
