ingredients

Makes 5-6 medium pancakes

  • 1/4 cup of flour (oat or I used whole self raising flour in this one)
  • *1/2 scoop of macro mike chocolate protein
  • *1 tbs of cacao
  • *1/2 banana
  • *1 egg or 6g of chia seeds
  • *1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • *1/2 tsp of baking powder for self raising or 1 tsp for other flours.                                                             *vanilla extract optional
TOPPINGS
*coconut/Greek yoghurt
*raspberries
*choc caramel Pb +
*1 tbs of melted choc

Mash your banana, then mix in remaining ingredients (if your using chia seeds let the mix sit for 10 minutes to thicken to ensure fluffier pancakes)
 
You want mixture to be thick but not sticky - add an extra tbs of almond milk if required
 
Scoop out a 1/4C mixture at a time and drop it in one spot on hot skillet, don’t spread it will do that naturally!
 
Let cook until sides start to golden.
Flip and repeat .
 
Toppings
Between each layer spread a tbs of yoghurt and Macro Mike powdered Pb too if you like! YUM! Add raspberries, to the top then drizzle with your PB+
