Protein Donuts

Your new favourite flavour of protein Blueberry Muffin made into the ultimate dessert: Blueberry Muffin Protein Donut!! What better way to fuel up for the gym or bank some energy during work than with one of these easy to make vegan donuts. Don't take life too seriously, eat some donuts!



  • 2cups / Icing sugar
  • 1tsp / Lemon juice
  • 1-2tbsp / Almond milk


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and spray a 12-count donut pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Sift flour and protein powder into a large mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the blueberries, and mix until a thick dough remains.
Fold through the blueberries.
Pour the donut batter into a large ziplock bag.
Cut off one corner of the bag and pipe out the donut batter into the donut pan.
Lightly wet your hands and shape into the donut cavities.
Do not overfill!
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just done, and a skewer comes out clean.
Allow cooling in the pan for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cool, combine all ingredients for glaze in a bowl and spread over each donut.
