blueberry snickerdoodle smoothie bowl

ingredients

  • 100g / Zucchini, steamed and frozen
  • 100g / Pumpkin, steamed and frozen
  • 1/3cup / Frozen strawberries
  • 1/3cup / Frozen blueberries
  • 1/3cup / Almond milk (add more for runnier consistency)
  • 2tbsp / Macro Mike Snickerdoodle Protein+ Powder
  • 2tbsp / Vegan yogurt
  • 4 / Ice cubes
 

steps

Prepare zucchini and pumpkin the day before and freeze.
 
Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
 
*If you do not have a powerful blender, add extra almond milk.
 
Serve topped with you favourite toppings, like granola or drizzled with Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter.
