Can't decide between brownies or cookies? You can have both! Brookies take our delicious vegan and gluten free Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix and Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter combined with black beans and apple sauce. Sweeten with a little Natvia and big heaping serving of cacao. Easy baking for vegans and non vegans alike!

Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius (fan forced) and prepare a muffin try by lining with 8 muffin baking papers.
 
COOKIE BASE
In a small bowl, prepare cookie base by combining the cookie mix and almond milk until a stick dough forms. Divide between the paper cups and press to form a cup. Set aside.
 
FILLING
In a food processor, blend the beans, applesauce and peanut butter until smooth. Add all of the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
 
Divide batter evenly between the cups. Place in the oven to bake for 25mins.
 
Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
 
Store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
