ingredients

1/3 cup of chickpea flour
 

30g of Macro Mike Choc Caramel Protein

1tbs or 5g of cacao powder

1tbs or 6g chia seeds (or an egg)

1tbs of unsweetened apple sauce/yoghurt/mashed banana or pumpkin

1/2 tsp of baking powder

80-120ml unsweetened almond milk

1tbs of maple or chosen sweetener

HINT: This recipe works for both pancakes and waffles!

Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken

Adjust water / mylk for desired consistency - *you want it to be thick and creamy

Cook waffles or pancakes as your appliance instructions.
