CHOC cARAMEL PROTEIN DONUTS
Macros for 1 donut :
Calories : 119
- 20g almond meal/flour
- 20g Wholemeal flour or gf
- 50g Choc Caramel Macro Mike protein
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 5g flaxmeal
- 25g stevia- natural sweetener or coconut sugar
- 1tbs cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- 40g coconut yoghurt
- 65g unsweetened apple sauce
- 45ml maple syrup (I used sugar free)
- 1tsp of vanilla extract
- 50g white choc (sweet William)
Caramelised almond flakes-optional
- Preheat the over to 180
- In a bowl mix all wet ingredients until well combined, than mix through stevia or coconut sugar followed by remaining dry ingredients.
- Scoop 6 even amounts of mix into your greased donut pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
