CHOC cARAMEL PROTEIN DONUTS

ingredients

DRY:

  • 20g almond meal/flour
  • 20g Wholemeal flour or gf
  • 50g Choc Caramel Macro Mike protein
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 5g flaxmeal
  • 25g stevia- natural sweetener or coconut sugar
  • 1tbs cacao powder
  • pinch of salt

WET:

  • 40g coconut yoghurt
  • 65g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 45ml maple syrup (I used sugar free)
  • 1tsp of vanilla extract
  • Toppings:
  • 50g white choc (sweet William)

Caramelised almond flakes-optional 


steps

  • Preheat the over to 180
  • In a bowl mix all wet ingredients until well combined, than mix through stevia or coconut sugar followed by remaining dry ingredients.
  • Scoop 6 even amounts of mix into your greased donut pan.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
