ingredients

DRY

  • 20g / Almond meal/flour
  • 20g / Wholemeal flour or GF
  • 50g / Macro Mike Choc Caramel Protein+ Poweder
  • 3/4tsp / Baking powder
  • 1/4tsp / Baking soda
  • 5g / Flaxmeal
  • 25g / Stevia or coconut sugar
  • 1tbs / Cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt

WET

  • 40g / Coconut yoghurt
  • 65g / Unsweetened apple sauce
  • 45ml / Maple syrup (sugar free)
  • 1tsp / Vanilla extract

TOPPINGS

  • 50g / Vegan white choc
  • Caramelised almond flakes

steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients until well combined, then mix through stevia or coconut sugar followed by remaining dry ingredients.

Scoop 6 even amounts of mixture into your greased donut pan.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Add toppings and enjoy!
