An easy to make take on classic chocolate chip cookies, these vegan treats are perfect for work snacks or school snacks. This recipe features our tasty Macro Mike Protein+ Powder and guess what? You can use any flavour you want! Try it with Cookie Dough flavour to double down on sugar free sweetness, or go for something more exotic with Hawaiian Salted Vanilla. The choices are endless!!!



Prepare flax egg, set aside to thicken.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius (fan forced) and line a tray with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the flax egg, applesauce, almond milk and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
Add the rice flour, almond meal, protein powder and natvia, then mix until everything is combined. Fold through the chocolate chips.
Divide mixture into 9 cookies, and use your fingers/the back of a spoon to spread them out.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Cookies will keep for 5-7 days.
