Chocolate Caramel
PB Protein Cups

Melted dark vegan chocolate formed into cups to hug a dollop of gooey caramel center. Using our Chocolate Hazelnut PB+ Peanut Butter, a spoonful of almond butter, and some sweet rice malt syrup you can make these tasty cups every night without guilt. Great snacks for entertaining guests!



Melt chocolate and then spoon into round silicone moulds.
Cover the bottom and sides to make a cup.
Set in refrigerator while making filling.
Mix peanut butter with a little water until it forms a thick paste.
Mix in all other ingredients until a smooth caramel forms.
Fill chocolate cups with PB mix then top with remaining chocolate to make the tops.
Refrigerate for a few hours, then turn out of moulds and enjoy!
