Here's a cozy little number for you starring our Hot Cross Bun Protein Powder (you can also use our Vanilla, you'll just need to double the spice!) and seasonal pumpkins. Fill your belly and your warm your heart with yummy cinnamon, all spice, and nutmeg. This loaf is gluten and dairy free, and of course plant based and delicious!

Preheat Oven to 180° C.
 
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
 
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl to combine.
 
In another bowl combine the pumpkin, flax eggs and vanilla.
 
Combine your wet ingredients with dry.
 
Mix until just incorporated, then fold in your chocolate chips.
 
Place evenly in the loaf tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
 
It’s cooked when a toothpick comes out clean.
 
Allow to cool before slicing.
