Cocoa Dusted Chocolate

Just when you thought dessert couldn't get better, here's a chocolate cake with a bunch of protein! Its so moist, and there is absolutely no flour - its gluten free, vegan, dairy free, and 100% tasty! Grab some Macro Mike Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder, coconut, oats, cashews, and a few other goodies and get ready for a mind blowing cake experience...



  • 1cup / Coconut, dessicated
  • 1cup / Oats, gluten free (quick oats is best)
  • 1/4cup / Cocoa powder
  • 3tbsp / Rice malt syrup (or another liquid sweetener)
  • 2tbsp / Coconut oil
  • 4tbsp / Water, boiling



Add all base ingredients in a food processor and blend until it comes together to form a ball.
Remove mixture and press into a lined spring form pan and place into freezer to set whilst making the chocolate filling.
In a blender, add the cashews and blend all lumps are removed.
Keep blending until smooth.
Add the dates and blend until incorporated well.
Once you have a smooth consistency, add the remaining ingredients until they’re all mixed in.
Pour mixture into a tray lined with non-stick baking paper and place into the freezer to set.
Best kept in the freezer, allow to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before eating.
Dig in!
