Blueberry Muffins

Our blueberry muffin flavoured protein is the perfect base for, you guess it, blueberry muffins! Add coconut yogurt and you have these tasty treats that are easy to make and loaded with protein and fiber to keep you full between meals. Fresh bluerries make for a sweet bite every time.


  • 1cup / Buckwheat flour
  • 60g / Macro Mike Blueberry Muffin Protein+ Powder
  • 1/3cup / Sweetener, granulated
  • 1.5tsp / Baking powder
  • 1tsp / Baking soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 100g / Banana, mashed
  • 1/3cup / Coconut yogurt
  • 300ml / Almond milk
  • 1/2tsp / Apple cider vinegar
  • 1cup / Blueberries


Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
Combine all the dry ingredients in one large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir well until combined.
Gently fold through the blueberries.
Place equal amounts in greased muffin pan, and top with extra blueberries.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool a little before turning out.
Top with your favourite Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter drizzle!
