Stay warm, stay comfy and stay cozy with this cranberry white chocolate apple loaf made with our delicious Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein Powder. What's great about our protein is you can swap out for similar flavours, for example this easy loaf recipe also works well with our Snickerdoodle Cinnamon Cookie Protein Powder. Give it a try!   • 1/2cup / Coconut Flour
  • 60g / Macro Mike Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2tbsp / Sweetener, granulated
  • 1tsp / Cinnamon
  • 1tsp / Baking powder
  • 1tsp / Baking soda
  • 1cup / Apple puree
  • 2/3cup / Flax egg
  • 1tsp / Vanilla essence
  • 1/2cup / Cranberries, dried
  • 1/2cup / Vegan white chocolate chips


Preheat Oven to 180° C.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl to combine.
In another bowl combine the apple puree, flax egg and vanilla.
Combine your wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
Mix until just incorporated.
Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Place evenly in the loaf tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
It’s cooked when a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing, and enjoy!
Pro tip: If you wrap and place the loaf in the fridge overnight, it is nice and firm to cut the next day.
