Your pancakes just got a whole lot better, so go ahead and throw away the butter and syrup because you don't need it anymore! Our Macro Mike Plant Based Protein Pancake Mix is easy as adding water and pouring it onto the griddle. Totally peanut free, just top with berries, coconut yogurt, and a heap of peanut butter.



Prepare pancake mix as directed on the package (60g mixed with 60-70ml water or plant mylk for 1 serve).
Warm the berries in a pot with the chia seeds until you get a thick berry sauce.
Top pancakes with berry sauce, peanut butter sauce, and coconut yogurt.
