macro friendly smoothie bowl

ingredients

 
- 200g of frozen banana
- 25g of Macro Mike Choc Caramel Protein
- dash of almond milk
- 50g of frozen cauliflower (optional)
 
Toppings:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 V2 MM Brownie
- 1 serve od MM Chocolate caramel PB
- coconut flakes (optional)
- loving earth caramelised buckwheat (optional)
 

steps

 
1. Blend all ingredients together slowly adding the almond milk to create a thick consistency.
 
2. Pour into a bowl.
 
3. Add your toppings anyway you like, SIMPLE !!!
