Easy to make breakfast idea using our Macro Mike Strawberry Cheezecake Powdered Almond Butter! All you need is self raising gluten free flour, coconut yogurt, plant mylk, sugar free jam and a spare 20 minutes for these sweet treats. Eat them for breakfast or a snack any time of day! Enjoy.





Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Whisk together flour, almond powder and a pinch of salt.
Fold in yoghurt and add a small amount of plant mylk to get desired dough consistency.
Knead dough on a floured surface and than roll out into a small rectangle.
Spread jam across dough, then roll up from the side and cut into 3-4 mini rolls.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Pair with coconut ice cream and enjoy!
