What do you get when you combine our amazing tasting Macro Mike Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein+ Powder with our incredible Game Changer Protein Bars and a caramel layer? A next level vegan dessert!



  • 40g / Macro Mike Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein+ Powder
  • 1cup / Desicated coconut
  • 1cup / Oats
  • 1/4cup / Cocoa powder
  • 3tbsp / Rice malt syrup
  • 2tbsp / Coconut oil
  • 4tbsp / Water, boiling


  • 1cup / Macro Mike Sweet Original PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 3tbsp / Rice malt syrup
  • 1tbsp / Coconut oil
  • 50g / Almond butter, smooth
  • 2tbsp / Almond milk


  • 2 / Macro Mike Game Changer Bars
  • 1/2cup / Oats
  • 1/2cup / Shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp / Sugar free maple syrup


Place all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
Pour base into a lined tray and press down evenly with a rubber spatula.
Place into freezer to set while making caramel layer.
Mix 1 cup of powdered peanut butter with a few teaspoons of water until combined into a paste.
Add to food processor and blend with the rest of caramel ingredients.
Pour onto base layer and place in refrigerator while making the top layer.
Place coconut and oats on a lined tray and gently toast in oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
Do not take your eyes off them as they will brown quickly.
Once golden, remove from oven and let cool.
Break game change protein bar up into small pieces and place in food processor and mix until they turn into a fine crumb.
Add cooled coconut and oat mix and maple syrup and blend til almost combined.
Pour on top of caramel layer pressing gently.
Return to freezer for 40 minutes then cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
