Protein Pancakes

A twist on your favourite breakfast, these protein pancakes are loaded with tasty ingredients like chia eggs, oat flour, and of course a big helping of the insanely popular Strawberry Jam Donut protein powder. Layer with coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and an unlimited drizzle of peanut butter.



Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Cook in a pan on medium heat until golden and bubbling through.
Layer with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit and a drizzle of Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter.
Dig in!
