Protein Candy Cane Cups

Christmas candy cane cups with loads of protein and good fats - perfect for the holidays, or anytime really! We're talking coconut oil, vegan chocolate, and the best part Macro Mike PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter.


ingredients

  • 100g / Vegan chocolate
  • 1tbsp / Coconut oil

FILLING:

steps

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then using 2/3 of the mix fill up 6 muffin cups (lined or silicone).
 
Press the chocolate mixture up the sides and freeze.
 
Whisk the filling ingredients except the red food colouring, and place half the mix into the cups.
 
Freeze again.
 
Whisk in the red food colouring with the remaining filling mixture and add another layer to the cups.
 
Freeze again!
 
Once solid, add the remaining chocolate mixture to the top, decorate and enjoy!
