Protein Candy Cane Cups

  • 100g / Vegan chocolate
  • 1tbsp / Coconut oil


  • 4tbsp / Macro Mike Salted Caramel PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1/2cup / Coconut cream
  • 20g / Natural sweetener
  • 1tsp / Coconut oil
  • Red food colouring, few drops


Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then using 2/3 of the mix fill up 6 muffin cups (lined or silicone).
Press the chocolate mixture up the sides and freeze.
Whisk the filling ingredients except the red food colouring, and place half the mix into the cups.
Freeze again.
Whisk in the red food colouring with the remaining filling mixture and add another layer to the cups.
Freeze again!
Once solid, add the remaining chocolate mixture to the top, decorate and enjoy!
