Macro Mike protein Crepes

ingredients

CREPES FOR 2 : Makes 8 - 10 crepes each!

60g buckwheat

25-30g of oatflour

40g protein @macr0mike

(or sub more flour)

1-2 tbs of coconut sugar or steviia

1 egg or 1 tbs of flaxmeal

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3/4 cup of water

vanilla-optional

TOPPINGS:

coconut yoghurt

strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/banana

PB+ powder @mac0mike chocolate caramel

sugar free blueberry maple syrup

steps

Whisk all ingredients together well then roll up with desired fillings and toppings!
