This ooey gooey plant based dessert recipe is next level and so easy to make because its no bake! Head to the shops and grab some walnuts, almonds, medjool dates, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips and a few more pantry essentials to combine with our amazing Macro Mike Chocolate Hazelnut vegan protein.





  • 3/4cup / Coconut, shredded
  • 1/2cup / Almonds, sliced
  • 1/2cup / Dark chocolate chips


For the brownie base add walnuts, almonds, pitted medjool dates, cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor.
Process/pulse until a sticky brownie dough is formed.
Add a little water if needed.
Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
Use clean hands to press the brownie dough across the base of the dish.
Pop into fridge whilst making caramel layer.
For the caramel layer mix PB with water until a paste is formed.
Add pitted medjool dates, rice malt syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, PB and salt to a food processor.
Process/pulse until a smooth, caramel-like spread is formed.
Spread the caramel across the brownie layer.
Top with coconut, almonds and choc chips, pressing them into the caramel layer.
Pop into the fridge to set, then enjoy!
