Rocky Road Protein balls

ingredients

 

  • 150g Macro Mike Chocolate Caramel protein
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup puffed rice
  • 1/3 cup coconut chunks (diced)
  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups almond milk or water
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
 

steps

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, roll into balls.

Refrigerate until firm and coat with your fave vegan chocolate!
