salted coconut balls

1 cup coconut flour (90g)

3 scoops Macro Mike Chocolate Caramel PB protein (90g)

1/2 cup buckwheat (70g)

1/2 cup diced coconut chunks (70g)

1/4 cup chia seeds (25g)

Pinch of salt

1.5-2 cups coconut water


Combine all ingredients, adding coconut water gradually until mixture is wet enough to roll into balls (get messy with it!)
Next, roll in buckinis and dedicated coconut
