salted coconut balls

ingredients

  • 1cup / Coconut flour
  • 3 scoops / Macro Mike Chocolate Caramel Protein+ Powder
  • 1/2cup / Buckwheat
  • 1/2cup / Coconut chunks
  • 1/2cup / Desiccated coconut
  • 1/4cup / Chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2cups / Coconut water

steps

Combine all ingredients, adding coconut water gradually until mixture is wet enough to roll into balls (get messy with it!).
 
Next, roll in buckwheat and desiccated coconut.
 
Top with a little bit of sneaky dark chocolate!
