Picnic Bars

This is no ordinary picnic bar... Take your snack game to the next level and combine the Macro Mike Almond Scrumptionator, Cheezecake PB Protein Powder, and Chocolate Biscuit AB+ Almond Powder for a punch of protein right in your mouth! Let the snacking begin with this tasty snack bar that's totally vegan, gluten free, dairy free and 100% satisfactory.





  • 90g / Dark chocolate
  • 50g / Peanuts


For the base, combine rice puffs and protein in a large bowl.
Mix to combine.
Gently heat the Almond Scrumptinator bars in the microwave to soften.
Using your fingertips rub through the rice crisps.
Combine AB+ and rice malt syrup and pour into the dr y mix until thoroughly combine.
Transfer into a lined brownie tray and press down firmly.
Set aside.
In a bowl combine all ingredients for the caramel and use a whisk to combine thoroughly.
If you prefer a super smooth caramel use a food processor to mix .
Pour over the base, and flatten with a spatula.
Place in the freezer.
While the slice is in the freezer melt the chocolate taking care not to burn it.
You can add 1 tsp of coconut oil if you want to thin it down a little.
Remove the slice from the free zer and sprinkle the peanuts over the top.
Spread the chocolate all over the top and place back into the freezer for 30mins – 1hr to set before slicing.
