PB SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN COOKIES
- 1cup / Gluten free oats
- 3 scoops / Macro Mike Snickerdoodle Protein+ Powder
- 1 can / Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2tbsp / Regular peanut butter
- 1tsp / Baking powder
- 1/4cup / Water
- 40g / Chopped dark chocolate (or substitute with cacao nibs)
Blitz all ingredients except for chocolate in a food processor until well combined.
Fold in chocolate.
Form into 15 cookies on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until browned on the bottom of the cookies.
