ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 25g macromike peanut butter flavour protein
  • 2tbs of macro mike choc caramel Pb+
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1tsp of maca- optional
  • 1 tsp of sweetener (I used a squeeze of vanilla stevia )
  • Handful of ice
 

steps

1.Blend all ingredients together & top with all your favourites!

Noa used banana, choc caramel Macro Mike Pb+, dark chocolate & crushed peanuts
