Place the protein powder, flour, baking powder and almond mylk into a bowl and whisk until mixture forms a batter.
Slice the gluten free bread into 1cm cubes and place half into a bowl or mug.
Slice the banana and place most of it on top of the bread cubes, leaving a few slices for topping.
Place the rest of the bread on top of the banana, and pour the strawberry jam donut batter over the bread cubes ensuring it covers all the bread.
Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with your favourite Macro Mike PB+ powdered peanut butter, the rest of the banana, and diced We Jammin Strawberry Jam Donut Protein Bars.
