Stop what you're doing, and make these Strawberry Shortcake Nice Cream Candy Cups immediately!! To make the vegan white chocoalte candy cup you'll need some crisps and coconut, while the protein rich filling has a heap of our Nice Cream Mix and a dollop of plant based greek style yogurt. Yum!



  • 100g / White chocolate, vegan
  • 1tbsp / Coconut, dessicated
  • 1cup / Crisps, rice
  • 1tsp / Coconut oil, optional


  • 150g / Greek yogurt, plant based
  • 1 serving / Macro Mike Nice Cream
  • 1tsp / Maple syrup
  • Pink pataya, optional


Melt the white chocolate with oil, fold through crisps.
Using a silicone muffin mould evenly divide the mix pressing up the sides slightly creating a well.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hr.
Whip middle ingredients except pink pitaya (sprinkle it over once whipped and fold through slightly).
Place in an icing/sandwhich bag in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Squeeze out mix evenly into cups and top with freeze dried strawberries, chocolate or have plain.
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
