Now you have no excuse not to eat cake every single day with this sugar free cake recipe featuring our Macro Mike Cheezecake PB Protein Powder. Not only is this delicious vegan dessert gluten free and of course dairy free but its packs a punch of protein and its smothered in your favourite peanut butter.



Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking dish with baking paper.
Combine the banana, walnuts, protein powder, almond flour, plain flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix flax eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Transfer the batter into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, ice with peanut butter.
Cut into 10 even slices and serve!
