Oh. My. Goodness. These homemade vegan tim tams are next level! Use our Macro Mike Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder to make the biscuits, and our Macro Mike Chocolate Biscuit AB Almond Butter for the ganache. Plant based tim tams? Yes please! Sugar free desserts? Oh heck yes.





  • 100g / Dark chocolate


Preheat oven to 180 decgrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Put flour, protein powder, butter, almond milk, stevia, cacao powder in a food processor and mix until it forms a dough.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Roll dough between two sheets of baking paper to about 5mm thick.
Cut into desired size rectangles and cook in oven for 10 minutes.
For ganache, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and fluffy.
Once biscuits are cooked, spread ganache on one side and place another biscuit on top like a sandwich.
Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and coat each biscuit.
Place back in fridge to set.
