White Choccy Vanilla
Protein Cookies

Tasty and fun protein cookies that you can make any shape you want. These ones are topped with vegan white chocolate and pink pitaya powder but you can also drizzle Macro Mike PB+ peanut butter over them! Easy to make cookies for little kids or big kids, there's only a few ingredients and you'll find them all in your cupboard. Lovely!


  • 1/4cup / Macro Mike Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein+ Powder
  • 3/4cup / Flour, gluten free
  • 1/2cup / Natvia sweetener, granulated
  • 1/4cup / Coconut oil
  • 1/2tsp / Baking soda
  • 1/2tsp / Vanilla essence
  • Almond Milk (to blend)
  • Vegan white chocolate, optional
  • Pitaya, optional
  • Macro Mike PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter, drizzle


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms.
Form a big dough ball and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll dough out and cut out cookie shapes.
Place onto a lined baking tray and then put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before decorating.
Top with melted vegan white chocolate mixed with pink pitaya powder.
Drizzle with Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter.
