Vegan Chocolate
Mousse Slices

All you need for this delicious and simple vegan chocolate mousse slice recipe is some coconut flour, almond meal, cacao powder, yogurt and a few other ingredients you'll already have. Don't forget the main event, our irresistable Macro Mike Protein+ Powder which is perfect for baking. This calls for the Limited Edition Easter Egg Chocolate flavour, but you can use any of our chocolate flavours!



  • 75g / Coconut flour
  • 50g / Almond meal
  • 100g / Brown rice syrup



  • 75g / Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 10ml / Almond milk


Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the coconut flour and almond meal and mix together.
Add the brown rice syrup and using your hands mix together to form a dough.
(If too dry add a little bit of extra syrup)
Press into the base of the loaf pan and set aside.
In the same bowl add the protein powder and cacao powder and mix together, getting rid of any clumps.
Add the coconut yoghurt and mix together until a thick mousse has formed.
Spread the mousse over the top of the base and set aside.
In a small bowl add the chocolate and almond milk and melt in 20 second increments in the microwave.
(Make sure you don’t burn the chocolate)
Spread the chocolate out over the top of the mousse and place in the fridge to set for 1 - 2 hours.
Cut into desired size and enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
