VEGAN NUTELLA PROTEIN DONUTS

ingredients

DONUTS:

4 scoops Macro Mike P-Nut-Ella protein (140g)

2 heaped tbsp wholemeal flour (80g)

1 heaped tbsp coconut flour (20g)

2 heaped tbsp cacao powder (40g)

2 tsp baking powder

5 dates

2 cups water

1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts

 

NUTELLA FROSTING:

2 tbsp Macro Mike P-Nut-ella PB+ (or your favourite PB+)

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts

1/2 cup water or almond milk

 

steps

DONUTS
 
Blend hazelnuts, water and dates in a blender then add to bowl with all dry ingredients.
 
Mix and scoop into donut moulds and bake at 180°C for 20mins.
 
 
FROSTING
 
Blend all ingredients together adding more water if required until frosting consistency is reached
