VEGAN NUTELLA PROTEIN DONUTS

ingredients

DONUTS:

  • 4 scoops / Macro Mike Chocolate Hazelnut PB Protein+ Powder
  • 2tbsp / Wholemeal flour
  • 1tbsp / Coconut flour
  • 2tbsp / Cacao powder
  • 2tsp / Baking powder
  • 5 / Dates
  • 2cups / Water
  • 1/4cup / Roasted hazelnuts

NUTELLA FROSTING:

  • 2tbsp / Macro Mike PB+ Peanut Butter(your favourite flavour)
  • 2tbsp / Cacao powder
  • 1/2cup / Roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2cup / Water or almond milk

DONUTS
Blend hazelnuts, water and dates in a blender then add to bowl with all dry ingredients.
 
Mix and scoop into donut moulds and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
 
 
FROSTING
Blend all ingredients together adding more water if required until frosting consistency is reached.
