Vegan S'mores Blondies

Oh my goodness this recipe is going to take you right back to your childhood! Vegan S'mores Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein Blondies are a delicious (and still sticky!) treat that you can share or keep for yourself. Grab some of our Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour, vegan dark chocolate, and of course vegan marshmallows to squish between your biscuits.


  • 2cups / Almond flour
  • 1 scoop / Macro Mike Original Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 1cup / Coconut sugar
  • 1tsp / Baking powder
  • 2 / Flax eggs
  • 1/2cup / Vegan butter
  • 1tsp / Vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate
  • Vegan marshmallows
  • Digestive biscuits, gf



Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour, protein powder and baking powder and mix well.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
Beat in one flax egg at a time and vanilla extract, until combined.
Mix your wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
Take half the blondie batter and pour into the lined pan.
Add a layer of biscuits then chocolate and top with marshmallows or marshmallow fluff.
Add the remaining blondie batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan completely.
Slice and devour!
