Vegan Strawberry
Cheezecake

This is one you're going to want to save! Using our Strawberry Cheezecake Premium Protein Almond Powder this delicious and easy plant based recipe is sure to be a crowd pleasure. Big yums all around here, each slice is a healthy dose of protein and super low in carbs.


ingredients

BASE:

  • 19g / Corn thins
  • 1/2tsp / Stevia
  • Cinnamon
  • 10ml / Maple syrup, sugar free
  • 20ml / Water

FILLING:

TOPPING:

  • 20g / Strawberry jam, sugar free
  • 60g / Strawberries

steps

Place the corn thins, cinnamon and stevia into a blender and blitz until it becomes a crumble consistency.
 
Place the corn thin crumble into a small bowl and add in the maple syrup and water.
 
Mix until combined.
 
Place the base ingredients into a small single serve cake tin.
 
Press to even out the base.
 
In another small bowl, mix the greek yoghurt, vegan cream cheese and almond protein powder.
 
Place the boiling water and vegan gelatine powder in a small dish and stir until dissolved.
 
Pour into the yoghurt mixture and mix to combine.
 
Place the filling on top of the base and place into the freezer for 2 hours.
 
When ready to serve, pop the cheesecake out of the tin and place onto a serving plate.
 
Combine the strawberry jam and strawberries (diced) together in a small bowl and place on top of the cheesecake.
 
Slice and enjoy!
