White Christmas Protein Crackle

  • 50g / Coconut oil
  • 50g / Brown rice malt syrup
  • 50g / Vegan white chocolate
  • 2cups / Rice crisps
  • 30g / Macro Mike Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein+ Powder
  • 15g / Shredded coconut
  • Handful of red lollies, sugar free


In a heat proof bowl, melt the chocolate , rice malt and coconut oil for 30 seconds.
Let sit and then stir with a spatula until melted together and combined.
Fold through protein and rice bubbles, once combined add in coconut and red lollies.
Using a spoon, scoop out and evenly divide mix into cup cake liners.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
