Steps

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a tray with baking paper.

Combine the quick oats, protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and soy milk in a bowl. Mix to combine well.

Then roll into equal sized 4-5 bliss balls and flatten into a cookie shape with the bottom of a jar.
