Shipping policy

1. International Shipping Disruptions
Due to ongoing international carrier disruptions, shipping to some countries is temporarily suspended. For the latest information, visit the Australia Post International Disruptions page.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. During sales or product launches, please allow an additional 5-10 business days due to high order volumes.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs, local disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Macro Mike is not liable for losses caused by delayed delivery.

3. Missing Deliveries
Please ensure a secure delivery location is provided at checkout. Orders marked as delivered by Australia Post are considered fulfilled. If you are concerned about theft or missed deliveries, we recommend using a parcel locker or an address where someone is available to receive the order.

4. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@macromike.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Macro Mike is not responsible for items damaged in transit if shipping protection was not purchased.

5. Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it. If a refund is requested instead, initial shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted, even if free shipping was originally applied.
If we receive the returned order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout. If no response is received within 7 days, a refund will be processed minus applicable fees.

6. Customs Fees
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. For orders shipped to the United States, duties are collected at checkout so there are no additional fees on delivery. Macro Mike is not liable for fees incurred at customs or if an item is denied clearance. If an order is returned due to customs issues, a refund will be issued minus shipping and return costs.

7. Shipping Protection
We offer Shipping Protection at checkout. This is not an insurance product but a fast-track resolution service for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.

With Shipping Protection, we will arrange a prompt replacement or store credit for damaged or lost parcels without waiting for a carrier investigation.

Without Shipping Protection, lost parcels will be assessed only after Australia Post concludes their investigation. Standard carrier claims processes apply for damaged items.

Shipping Protection covers transit-related loss or damage only. It does not cover theft after delivery or address errors provided at checkout. Claims must be submitted within the timeframe specified and include your order number, a description, and photos where applicable.

8. Incorrect Address
If you provided the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@macromike.com.au with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to update the delivery address.
If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds at this stage will exclude shipping and return-to-sender fees.
