Prior to participation in any travel or event prize, any winner and participant may be required to sign an indemnity and waiver of liability in favour of the Promoter and all involved parties. If a participant is a minor, the indemnity and waiver of liability must be signed by the participant's parent/guardian.

To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
Make an eligible purchase from the Macro Mike website (https://macromike.com.au) during our Black Friday promotion (18th November 10am AEST – 2nd December 11:59pm AEST) to receive a Chance Card in their delivery parcel.
Eligible purchase:
• Spend $135, receive 1 chance card
• Spend $200, receive 2 chance cards
• Spend $350, receive 4 chance cards
Upon peeling the chance card, customers will see either a winning or losing message.
• Winning cards will have a QR code sending them to a website where they can input the unique code on the card to instantly claim their prize. Once the prize is claimed and the customer knows what they have won, they will be sent an email with redemption instructions. Physical prizes will require them to get in contact with us, while prizes made up of promo codes will be emailed to customers with redemption instructions.
• Losing cards will have a separate link taking them to a different website where they can receive a mystery discount on their next eligible purchase at macromike.com.au (valid 12 months from issue) and will go into the draw to win any unclaimed prizes at the end of the window (see below).
To ensure a fair timeframe for customers to receive their order, check their chance code, and redeem any winning codes, or enter the unclaimed prize draw with their losing card, these websites will be open for 2 weeks after the end of the promotion period, until the 16th of December 11:59pm AEST.
After this date, the prize claim site will be taken down and all unclaimed prizes will go into the unclaimed prize pool which will be drawn on the 17th of December at 9am AEST. Winners of any redemption prizes will receive an email with instructions about how they can redeem their prize.
Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid.

Winners will be aware they have won a prize immediately upon peeling back the card. Prizes can be claimed instantly on the instant claim website, accessed by scanning the QR code on the back of winning cards and inputting the unique code into the website which is when the specific prize they have won will be displayed. This website will be open throughout our Black Friday Promotion and will extend for another two weeks to ensure a fair amount of time for customers to receive orders, check their chance cards, and redeem winning codes. The prize claim website will be open from the 18th of November at 10am AEST until the 16th of December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
All winning codes are instant win prizes; redemption instructions will be sent via email to customers within 2 business days after claiming their prize.
Customers who receive a losing card will be aware instantly upon peeling back the card.
Winners will be notified instantly upon peeling the Chance Card. Customers with a winning card will be able to see the specific price they have won upon inputting their unique code into the prize claim website (QR code on the card). Winners will also receive an email after entering their winning code into the prize claim website with instructions for how to redeem the prize they have won.
The winners of all prizes AUD $250 and above will be published here.
The winner(s) initial of their first name, last name and postcode will be published in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule (if applicable):
