At Macro Mike,Β we'veΒ always believed that real health is about more than what you put in your body.Β It'sΒ about how you feel, how you connect, and whether you feel safe enough to ask for help when you need it.Β

That'sΒ whyΒ we'veΒ partnered with LIVIN, one of Australia's most powerful mental health not-for-profits toΒ make every Macro Mike purchase count beyond the gym.Β

Through this partnership, aΒ portionΒ of every sale goes directly to funding mental health conversations across Australia. Real conversations. The kind that changesΒ lives.Β

Two Missions. One Conversation.

Mike Kellett – Macro Mike

Mike started Macro Mike with a simple belief: that feeling good physically and feeling good mentally are two sides of the same coin. Building a community around health and performance was always the goal but as our community has grown, so have the conversations happening within it.

"We have an incredible, highly engaged community of people who genuinely care about living well. That means we have a real opportunity and a responsibility to talk about the things that matter, including mental health. Partnering with LIVIN felt like the most natural thing in the world."

Casey Lyons – LIVIN

LIVIN was foundedΒ by Casey LyonsΒ in 2013 in loving memory of Dwayne Lally,Β a friend, a great man, and someone who lived in silence with mental illness before taking his own life. Like too many Australians, Dwayne didn't know how to ask for help.Β

Everything LIVIN does is built on a single, powerful truth: it ain't weak to speak. Through education programs, community events, and advocacy, LIVIN has reached over 320,000 Australians,Β equipping them with the tools to recognise problems, seek help, and support the people around them.Β

Meet LIVIN

LIVIN is a 100% not-for-profit mental health organisation working to break the stigma of mental illness across Australia. Founded in 2013, LIVIN delivers the LIVINWell education program - a 45-minute session designed to help people recognise problems, seek help, and support the people around them.

To date, LIVIN has reached over 320,000 Australians across schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, and communities. Their mission is to ensure that suicide is no longer the number one killer of young Australians.

They educate, motivate, and advocate, because it ain't weak to speak.

LIVIN Better Challenge

Mental health isn’t something we can switch on and off. It’s something we need to work on, nurture, and prioritise, every single day. That’s exactly why we're taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge.

The LIVIN Better Challenge is about showing up daily, moving our bodies, checking in with ourselves, and being more intentional about our wellbeing. Walking 9,000 steps a day feels achievable, but still meaningful, especially when paired with one simple daily commitment, whether that’s connecting with someone, learning something new, creating, or allowing ourselves proper rest.
