Refund policy

1. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@macromike.com.au with your full name, email address used at checkout, and order number.

2. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:

  • Unopened products may be returned for store credit, an exchange for a product of equal value, or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Faulty or damaged products are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with consumer guarantees.
  • Refunds on packs, bundles, or discounted orders will be calculated on a pro rata basis based on the price paid for each item.
  • Exchanges require the customer to cover additional shipping costs.
  • Opened Sample Packs and Hero Starter Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

3. Sale Products
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale products for change-of-mind purchases. Products purchased during a sale may be shorter-dated and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Free Gifts
If a promotional free gift was not added to your order, contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, the free gift will be included with your next order. Free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are not shipped separately.

6. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@macromike.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We may not be able to assist with issues reported outside this timeframe.

7. Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that covers your order against loss or damage in transit. Without it, Macro Mike cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.
With Shipping Protection:

  • Lost parcels are eligible for a full refund or replacement after 60 days in transit, or once Australia Post officially declares the parcel lost.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Replacements or store credit will be offered; refunds are not available for damaged items.
