How do the Monopoly Chance Cards work?
All orders over $135 automatically receive a Monopoly Chance Card in their order. Every card has a prize attached. The more you spend, the more cards you unlock. You have a 1 in 5 chance to win.
What kind of prizes can I win?
Over $75,000 in prizes are up for grabs, from free product and discount vouchers to exclusive bundles. Our grand prize is a $5,000 travel voucher!
Is it a physical card?
Yes, the Monopoly Chance Cards are a physical scratch and win style card.
How many Monopoly Chance Cards can I get?
Spend $135+ to unlock your first card. Additional cards are unlocked at higher spend tiers ($200, $350) up to 4 total per order!
How do I redeem my prize?
You can redeem your prize by scanning the QR code printed on the card.
Do Monopoly Chance Cards apply to international customers?
The promo is only available to Australian and New Zealand customers!
Is this a registered trade promotion?

Once items are sold out, many will not be restocked and some may even be discontinued. We recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment.
Can I still buy bundles & packs during the sale?
Yes! Our bundles and packs will still be available during the sale.
When will the sale end?
Depending on stock levels and the number of orders processed, our sale may end at any time. We recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment.
Can I use discounts?
Totally! Loyalty program discounts will work as normal. Some other discount codes may not provide additional discounts due to sale items already being heavily discounted.
How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
During peak sale periods, please allow an extra 4–5 business days for processing.
For faster delivery, choose Priority Shipping (skip the queue) or Express Shipping (prioritised).
Can I make changes to my order?
You may be able to edit some details in your order, like Shipping Address and Contact Details, up to 15 minutes after your order has been placed via the Order Confirmation email.
