| 80g | Macro Mike Golden Gaytime Inspired Flavour Almond Protein |
| 10 | Medjool Dates, pitted |
| ½ Cup | Shredded Coconut |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 2 tbsp | Coconut Cream |
| Pinch of Salt | |

| 100g | Chocolate |
| 1 tsp | Coconut Oil |
| 80g | Biscuit Crumbs |

Steps

Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain off the water.

Place all ingredients into a food Processor and blend until the mix is nicely incorporated. If the mix holds when pinched together it is ready for rolling. If not add a tablespoon of water and mix again until the mix holds together.

Roll into equal sized balls. Place on a plate lined with baking paper.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Using two forks dip each ball into the chocolate then place back on to the baking paper. Using 2 spoons, gently coat with the crushed biscuits. Repeat.

Refrigerate to firm up before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
