Are they gluten free and dairy free?
Yes! Just like the entire Macro Mike range, these are 100% gluten free and dairy free. Our entire manufacturing site is also completely free from gluten and dairy products.
Are they suitable if I’m plant-based or vegan?
Yes! They’re 100% plant-based, vegan-friendly, and powered by almond and faba bean protein. No dairy, no animal products, just epic plant power.
Are they full of sugar?
Not at all. Each serve contains between 3-3.5g of naturally occurring sugars. We don’t add any sugar, and we use natural, calorie-free sweeteners like monk fruit and thaumatin to make them taste epic without the sugar spike.
How much protein is in each serve?
Each serve contains over 23g of protein, making it perfect for post-workout recovery, smoothies, baking, or just a tasty shake anytime. Plus bonus tip: turn it into high protein ice cream with a Ninja Creami.. YUM!
Do they actually taste like the real cereals?
100%. That was the goal. We worked closely with Kellogg’s to nail the flavour profiles of each cereal while keeping the ingredients clean and functional. Expect frooty loops, chocolatey crunch and toasted malt flavour in every sip. These are officially licensed, Kellogg’s-inspired flavours.
What sizes and formats are available?
At launch we’re offering 400g and 800g bags, plus a Sample Box and a Mega Collaboration Box. Keep an eye out for single-serve sachets and other formats rolling out soon.

Can I buy this in stores?

Are the Kellogg’s shakers included with every order?
The shakers are included in selected bundles and in our Variety and Hero Boxes while stocks last. Keep an eye out for special launch offers to score yours!
Is it safe for kids?
Our protein is made from wholefood, plant-based ingredients with no artificial additives. While it’s not formulated specifically for children or infants, many parents use it in moderation for smoothies, baking and snacks. If unsure, check with your healthcare professional.
Is this available internationally?
