Twist apart 5 Oreos, scraping the creamy centres into a bowl. Add 250g yoghurt + protein powder and mix until smooth.โ

Layer it up: 5 Oreo halves โ drizzle of coffee โ half the yoghurt mix โ half the chocolate spread โ remaining 5 Oreo halves โ rest of the yoghurt mix.โ

Mix the remaining 50g yoghurt with the rest of the chocolate spread and pour over the top.โ

Crush the last 2 Oreos and sprinkle for that perfect crunchy finish.โ
