Twist apart 5 Oreos, scraping the creamy centres into a bowl. Add 250g yoghurt + protein powder and mix until smooth.β

Layer it up: 5 Oreo halves β drizzle of coffee β half the yoghurt mix β half the chocolate spread β remaining 5 Oreo halves β rest of the yoghurt mix.β

Mix the remaining 50g yoghurt with the rest of the chocolate spread and pour over the top.β

Crush the last 2 Oreos and sprinkle for that perfect crunchy finish.β

Chill in the fridge for a few hours (if you can wait that long!).β
