For the Base
½ CupRolled Oats
1 TbspChia Seeds
60gVanilla Yogurt
25gMacro Mike Birthday Cake Almond Protein
100-125mlAlmond Milk
1 TspMaple Syrup
For the Topping
15gWhite Chocolate

The creamiest and most delicious overnight oats! This is so easy to make and perfect if you are looking for a meal prep breakfast option!


  1. Combine everything for your oats in a bowl mix well and set aside to thicken while you prepare the topping. Add a little more almond milk if required.

  2. Microwave chocolate in 20-30 second bursts until melted, add yoghurt and mix until smooth. If too thick add a few drops of almond milk until it’s the consistency you want.

  3. Pour over the top of your oats, cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning add sprinkles. Enjoy!
