Ingredients
1 cupWhipping cream/coconut cream for DF
180g Skim condensed milk (coconut milk for DF)
1-2 scoopsMacro Mike Salted Caramel Almond Protein
45g Biscoff Spread
 Biscoff Biscuits (can adjust to make the bars bigger or smaller - we used 28)

Steps

  1. Whisk whipping cream on high speed until thick and voluminous.⁠
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk again until everything is well⁠ combined.⁠
  3. Line a pan with parchment paper and arrange biscoff biscuits in the base.⁠
  4. Pour over the ice cream mixture and cover with more biscuits.⁠
  5. Freeze overnight or until the ice cream sets and cut into sandwiches and enjoy!⁠
