Biscoff Tiramisu

Biscoff biscuits (for gluten free you can use ginger biscuits)
250gVanilla yoghurt (Can use DF yoghurt)
40gMacro Mike Caramelised Biscuit Luxe Almond Protein
1 ShotEspresso
40gBiscoff melted
 Optional extra Biscoff biscuit to crumble on top

This one is for the coffee lovers! Delicious layers of biscoff infused with espresso, with over 25g of protein per serve!


  1. Combine yoghurt and protein powder. In a dish layer 4 biscuits, followed by half the coffee, then half the yoghurt, drizzle of biscoff melted, 4 more biscuits, more coffee and remaining yoghurt then remaining biscoff.

  2. Be sure to tilt dish around after coffee to spread it evenly and after biscoff to spread across it. Optional biscoff biscuit crushed on top. Set in fridge (or eat straight away if you just can’t wait) for a firmer layering.

  3. Serve with optional whipped cream and enjoy!
