This one is for the coffee lovers! Delicious layers of biscoff infused with espresso, with over 25g of protein per serve!
Steps

Combine yoghurt and protein powder. In a dish layer 4 biscuits, followed by half the coffee, then half the yoghurt, drizzle of biscoff melted, 4 more biscuits, more coffee and remaining yoghurt then remaining biscoff.

Be sure to tilt dish around after coffee to spread it evenly and after biscoff to spread across it. Optional biscoff biscuit crushed on top. Set in fridge (or eat straight away if you just can’t wait) for a firmer layering.
