2 CupsDesiccated Coconut
1 CupMedjool Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
¼ Cup@macr0mike Caramel Popcorn Almond Protein 
¼ CupPeanut Butter
1 TspVanilla Extract
Top
80gMelted Dark Chocolate
2 TbspDesiccated Coconut

These are the dreamiest slices to spice up your Christmas spread! Loaded with wholesome ingredients and is super easy to make.  

Steps

  1. Place all coconut rough ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and clumpy. Press into a lined square baking tray.

  2. Top with chocolate and coconut and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Slice and enjoy. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
